I hereby release the Kuwahara's Thriller Park, LLC , (aka KUWAHARA'S PUMPKIN PATCH & THRILLER PARK, AKA Kuwahara Wholesale”) from any liability for my attendance at this event I am participating in 2023. I understand I am attending at my own risk of injury and possible death. I assume all responsibility for damages should anything go wrong or a customer in attendance accidentally injury me. I understand that some customers might get frightened and, in their
excitement, run or scream. I will have to use great care to avoid injury. I assume all the risk of injury for my children attending and participating in this event and waive any suit against all organizers. I understand that by signing this for me and all of my party attending, this waiver waives their right to any suit at all to organizers as well. I give my permission to have my likeness and the likeness of my children to be posted on social media. I understand this event is being filmed and photographed for further use in encouraging people to attend and participate. My ticket is a waiver of liability. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver of liability.
