Kuwahara’s Pumpkin Patch & Thriller Park Waiver 2024
I hereby release the Kuwahara's Thriller Park, LLC , (aka KUWAHARA'S PUMPKIN PATCH & THRILLER PARK, AKA Kuwahara Wholesale, Kuwahara Farms, Kuwahara Produce, Kuwahara’s Thriller Park, Sandy’s Farmers Market) from any liability for my attendance at this event I am participating in 2024. I understand I am attending at my own risk or the risk of anyone in my group of injury and possible death. I (we) assume all responsibility for damages should anything go wrong or a customer in attendance accidentally injures me or members of my group. I understand that some customers might get frightened and, in their excitement, run or scream. I (we) will have to use great care to avoid injury. I (we) assume all the risk of injury or possible death for my children attending and participating in this event and waive any suit against all organizers. I understand that when entering our event that it is my (our) responsibility to watch over my children. I (we) understand if I let my children jump on bounce houses or slides that they do so at my own risk that they could be injured or possible death occur. I understand that by signing this for me and all of my party attending, this waiver waives their right to any suit at all to organizers as well. I give my permission to have my likeness and the likeness of my children to be posted on social media. I understand this event is being filmed and photographed for further use in encouraging people to attend and participate. My ticket is a waiver of liability. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver of liability.
