Kuwahara’s Thriller Park Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Kuwahara’s Thriller Park. By purchasing a ticket to this Event, you (the ticket
holder) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

## 1. Ticket Purchase and Use
* Tickets are valid only for any weekday during the 2025 season that Thriller Park is open.
* Each ticket admits one (1) person unless otherwise stated.
* Tickets are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 5.

## 2. **Entry and Conduct**
* A valid ticket must be presented at the entrance to gain entry.
* Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for disorderly or
inappropriate behavior.
* Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

## 3. **Weather and Safety**
* The Event will be held rain or shine, except in cases of extreme weather or emergency. If that
is the case, your tickets will be valid for another day. If this happens on the last day of the
season, you will be refunded. However, if it occurs during the season and there are plenty of days
to come again, you will not be refunded, just allowed to return on another date.
* Some attractions may be subject to delay, change, or cancellation due to safety concerns.
* Ticket Holders enter the Event at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for personal
injury, loss, or damage to property.

## 4. **Photography and Media Release**
* By entering the Event, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording that may be
used for promotional purposes without compensation or notice.

## 5. **Refunds and Cancellations**
* Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of full festival cancellation. If this happens on
the last day of the season, you will be refunded. However, if it occurs during the season and there
are plenty of days to come again, you will not be refunded, just allowed to return on another
date.
* Partial closures or activity cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

## 6. ** Restrictions**
* These tickets cannot be exchanged for cash

## 7. **Health and Safety Compliance**
* Ticket Holders agree to comply with all posted health and safety guidelines
* Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the Event without refund.

## 8. **Prohibited Items**
* The following items are not permitted: weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, fireworks,
or other hazardous materials.
* Bags may be subject to search upon entry.

## 9. **Changes to Terms**
* The organizers reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued
use of your ticket constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Kuwahara’s Pumpkin Patch & Thriller Park Waiver 2025
I hereby release the Kuwahara's Thriller Park, LLC , (aka KUWAHARA'S PUMPKIN PATCH & THRILLER PARK, AKA Kuwahara Wholesale, Kuwahara Farms, Kuwahara Produce, Kuwahara’s Thriller Park, Sandy’s Farmers Market) from any liability for my attendance at this event I am participating in 2025. I understand I am attending at my own risk or the risk of anyone in my group of injury and possible death. I (we) assume all responsibility for damages should anything go wrong or a customer in attendance accidentally injures me or members of my group. I understand that some customers might get frightened and, in their excitement, run or scream. I (we) will have to use great care to avoid injury. I (we) assume all the risk of injury or possible death for my children attending and participating in this event and waive any suit against all organizers. I understand that when entering our event that it is my (our) responsibility to watch over my children. I (we) understand if I let my children jump on bounce houses or slides that they do so at my own risk that they could be injured or possible death occur. I understand that by signing this for me and all of my party attending, this waiver waives their right to any suit at all to organizers as well. I give my permission to have my likeness and the likeness of my children to be posted on social media. I understand this event is being filmed and photographed for further use in encouraging people to attend and participate. My ticket is a waiver of liability. I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver of liability.
